We recently introduced Zara to watercolors. She's quite into crafts these days, which is very exciting. I feel a little under prepared, in that I don't have a large collection of "crafts" to do with her. I hope a bunch of art supplies will be sufficient.

I felt like one of the chief reasons I sent my kids to preschool was so they could paint and glue and color and drizzle sparkleys without any of that landing on my carpet and without me having to come up with new, season specific art projects for the kids to do. And since they attended a co-op I got to "feel" like I was a part of what was going on without feeling like my furniture was a part of what was going on.
