Clare's been teaching her the finger thing for the last week. Training seems to have paid off!

Red Robin

They clap & sing for you at Red Robin on your birthday. The first time Zara heard it (not for her), it kind of freaked her out. I guess when they're singing for you it's OK, tho.

Last Infant Day

With Clare, teaching Zara to hold up one finger. With Jo, on the playground. And with me, eating her first wheat bread (a Zingerman's baguette).

Fantasy Jungle

On Sunday, we all went to Fantasy Forest, a non-McDonalds indoor "play space". We were the only ones there for the first hour.

I think we can say Zara is walking, now.
