Here's Z on the hand-me-down Razor she received from her Auntie Sophie, while A walks with a hand-me-down push toy she received from the George-Moyers. Ain't reusing grand?

Peasant Skirt

Zara's been asking for a peasant skirt for some time. A friend of Maryann's (the awesome Judy B.) sent some terrific fabric she was no longer in need of, and the rest is history. Of particular note is the origami fabric - how cool is that? Zara LOVES origami (almost as much as she loves to twirl in this skirt).

Applause

One of the great things about nearly one year olds is that they clap. A lot. And also, they are very, very cute. See exhibit A (as in A for Amity).

Walking!

This is not the first time Amity 'walked', but it's pretty close. She totally circles, yo. And she only turns left. Go figure.

Homework

Zara rocks at everything Kindergarten, not the least of which is homework. Homework you say? Why yes, apparently (thanks NCLB) we get homework in Kindergarten now! Wacky!

Eggplant Revisited

We've moved the eggplant inside this winter and it's become a favorite kitchen toy for both the kiddos... though as you can see from this picture Amity hasn't quite got the hang of it yet!
